How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to process. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized or engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our modern drinkware, including the Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler, is dishwasher safe. We recommend checking the bottom of your specific product for care instructions to maintain its finish.
Does my purchase come with a warranty?
Yes, Stanley products are backed by a Built for Lifeâ„¢ lifetime warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and thermal performance issues under normal use conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed. You may return eligible items once they arrive.
